To launch the fourth series I am delighted to announce the first episode: Fireside Conversation with Michael Wignall, Azure Business Lead at Microsoft UK about building a data driven organisation.
Michael Wignall is currently the Azure Business Lead at Microsoft UK and has been with Microsoft for 13 years, having a range of roles, from technology solutions leading all the way to CTO of Microsoft UK. Michael comes with vast experience and knowledge of both Microsoft, but also how data and analytics is helping to drive the performance of their customers. He covers everything within Azure, from the core technologies, to data platforms, IoT, Quantum, Mesh, VR & AR.
For inspiration for the conversation, I used three key topics covered in the recent eBook by Microsoft, entitled “BUILDING A DATA-DRIVEN ORGANISATION - How analytics can give you a competitive edge”. Specifically, disruptive business models, scaling AI culture, and improving decision making throughout an organisation.
